Support Workers Shane Garvey and Gary Fredericks established INCLU. As proud members of various LGBTIQ+ communities in Brisbane, we bring over 25 years of combined experience in LGBTIQ+ health, support, and advocacy, including disability support.

Our Unique Approach:
- Small and Personal: INCLU is a two-person team. We believe participants shouldn’t have to repeatedly build rapport with different workers. If you connect with us and we connect with you, we’re committed to being there for you—no matter how long the journey.

The fun stuff
At INCLU, we'll do anything with you. As long as it legal, we're up for it :-) Whether it's LGBTIQ+ events, festivals, dance parties, bars, movies, fishing, beach, physical activity, bush walks, pinball, art galleries, theatre, rock climbing, karaoke, lazy lunches, chilled out afternoons, going to the pool, cooking classes, rehearsals, getting fit, live music, day trips, sporting events. You name it, we're up for it. The list is endless, and we are very passionate about getting out and about.

No worries! We’ve got suggestions galore. But remember, it’s your call—we’ll follow your lead!
Taking care of the not so fun stuff
Life admin isn’t always exciting, but it’s essential. We can help with grocery shopping, cleaning, appointments and those other necessary chores. Taking care of the mundane tasks ensures that we can fully enjoy the fun stuff!
Important Notes
- We do not provide Plan Management or Support Coordination services.
- While we’re in the process of acquiring NDIS registration, our services are currently available to Self-Managed or Plan-Managed participants.
